Three-stage implementation
Software set-up
First, Press Gold Time and Labor audits your needs and objectives. We’ll meet with you to collect information, and then tailor our software to meet those needs and objectives. Then we’ll work closely with you to test and fine-tune it.
Training
We’ll train all your company’s key users, administrators, technical staff, supervisors and employees, giving them as much training time as they need. We’ll conduct training wherever you wish: at our own training facility, on-site at your office, or over the Internet.
Roll-out
We’ll gradually add groups of employees and departments to the system until everyone is ready to use it. Upon going live with your software, we’ll shift into an ongoing customer-support role.
